Thank you for shopping with Jimmy Stores LLC. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused unworn and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories manuals and tags if applicable.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or customized products
- Products marked as non returnable
- Opened hygiene or personal care products where applicable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged defective or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error such as receiving a damaged defective or incorrect item we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Original shipping charges are non refundable unless required by law or due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are damaged defective or incorrect. If you need an exchange please contact our customer support team.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process described above.
